あくまでも僕自身の事ですが、無知さはミルフィーユのように蓄積されます。1枚とっても、まだ無知、2枚、3枚…何十枚って剥がさないと仕事においての世間話さえできんのです。
今は昔と違い、ネットがあります。

自分の場合、学歴のおかげで一目置いてもらえる時が多々あります。
そういった意味では学歴は有り難いなと感じています。
代表者の方は頭が良いとの事なので高学歴なんだろうなと推測しますが、高学歴＝人間性には繋がらないと考えていて、おそらく代表の方は人間性がしっかりした上で学業でも努力された方なんだと思います。
何が言いたいかと言うと学歴は大切だと思う一方で、投稿者様が代表に対して尊敬されている部分はこれからでも身に付くということを伝えたいです。
特に子供達に対する接し方というのは学業で学ぶことでは無いと思いますし、指導方法も常に勉強できる環境にあります。
であれば、学歴を問題視するのではなくこれから努力すれば良いんです。
何をどうすればいいか分からないとの事でしたが、代表が子供達に対して日頃どの様に接しているかは見ているかと思います。
なぜ、その言葉がけをするのか、どういった伝え方をしているか真似をするところから始めたらいかがでしょうか。
指導内容についてはライセンスもありますし、指導内容は至るところに情報がありますので、何もどこかに習いに行く必要は無いかなと思いますね。
何かを学ぼうという想いを否定するつもりは全くありませんので、もしご自身が必要だと感じるのであれば、何でもチャレンジした方が良いです。
様々な経験や学習をする事で人間性の成長に繋がるのも間違いないと思います。

僕は営業職なので、同じ境遇のお客様の方が成約率が高いのは確かです。
スクールコーチの収入は高くはないと聞いております。
それだと家庭を持って家族を養っていくのが難しいとなる日が来るかもしれません。
転職する時に採用担当者はまず職歴や出身学校を確認しますよね。
入るのが難しい学校へ通っていた方は、どこかで勉強を頑張った方だと思います。簡単には入れないからです。
見ず知らずの人を評価しようとした時に、出身校や資格を確認するのは簡単な指標になるからだと思います。
なので、学歴はあるにこしたことはありません。
ただ、学歴が全てではないので気にしなくてもありのままの自分で勝負してください！
