５年〜６年の指導をする機会が多いのですが、たまになにをどこまで教えていいか未だに迷うことがあります。
年代によって、なにをどこまで？みたいなガイドラインのようなもってあるんでしょうか？？
例えば、ディフェンスでいえばラインコントロールの理解は中学１年〜みたいな目安ってありますか？？
チーム方針もあるとは思うのですが、発達過程の年代において、現実的な肌感として教えて頂きたいです。

日本サッカー協会が指導者ライセンスを実施しているので受講してみることも良いかなと思います。
小学生年代であれば確かな基礎技術を身に付けさせるのが最優先だと考えています。
トラップ、キック、ドリブルはもちろんですが自分の体を思ったようにコントロール出来る技術は年齢が早ければ早い程良いと思います。
その上で、高学年にもなれば戦術的な話も理解できる年代だと思いますので、トレーニングに組み込んでいくと良いですね。
ただ戦術のトレーニングといっても多種多様なので、どんな戦術でも順応できる「考える力」を身に付けさせるのが重要なポイントです。
少々ずれるのですが…どうしても年代別になってしまうことは仕方ない部分があるとしても、一人一人の成長や実力に合わせて、指導できる環境が出来ると良いですよね！
自分の習っていた環境がそうだったのですが、年上と交じって練習や試合が出来たことは自身の成長に大きく繋がったと思います。
